Activities in Schools

My daughter attends after school clubs in Drama and Dance provided by Get Creative. She absolutely loves both classes and looks forward to them all week. The classes are fun, inclusive and are perfect for allowing them to flourish in a safe and loving environment. I have seen such a difference in my daughter since she has been going.

Dance Club – Learn a new dance style every week! Enjoy tasters of  Disco, Ballet, Tap, Ballroom, Jazz, National, Street, etc., with a mini performance in front of the grown-ups the end of each session!

Drama Club – A fun group focusing on self esteem, confidence, creativity, team work, achievement, and, above all…. ENJOYMENT!

Drama/Dance Club – a fabulous mixture of the two!

Get Creative In Brighton runs a Year 1 Drama/Dance Club at Patcham Infant School on Tuesdays and a Year 2 Drama/Dance Club, also at Patcham Infants, on Thursdays, plus a BRAND NEW Drama Club at Westdene Primary School on Mondays, 3:15-4:30pm. These run for 5 sessions every Half Term. Please contact me if you would like your child to be added to the Waiting List. Cost is £45 for each 5 weeks.

EXCITING NEWS!

I am now running LAMDA classes, currently linked with both Patcham Junior School and Patcham High School. Do get in contact if your child is interested in taking graded examinations.

I don’t have any capacity to run further After School Clubs at the moment but I do offer Creative Arts Workshops (linked to the National Curriculum) within school term time. If you are a teacher, Head or Governor and would be interested in my running a workshop in your school, please contact me directly.

After school clubs are run by Louisa Fitzgerald, a qualified and experienced teacher and actress with EQUITY membership.

My son Max has been coming out of these classes totally buzzing. He’s growing in confidence and self-belief: a real advertisement that good Drama can unlock something in us all. Wish I knew the secret!
